Taylor Made Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy working purely in the marketing, pr, advertising and digital sectors, covering the whole of London, Kent, Sussex, and Surrey. Despite the economic downturn we are now looking to expand the team and take on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant. Whether you have just graduated and are looking to kick start your career in a sales environment with a bang or have six months recruitment experience and want to join a dynamic and busy recruitment agency – this could be the ideal role for you!

What we look for in a Recruitment Consultant:-

• Relevant industry degree is essential - Marketing, Public Relations, Digital or Media
• Well presented, articulate and ambitious individual
• Strong well established communication skills – written and verbal
• Recruitment experience would be welcomed, however a hunger for sales and a passion to develop a career in recruitment is crucial.

Based in Tunbridge Wells, but covering the London market – this is a fantastic opportunity to work within an enjoyable sector, servicing busy, dynamic and progressive London businesses but without the daily commute and fight for a seat on the train!
