Client Services Director, Medical Communications Company, LONDON

An AMAZING opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Director to join a busy and successful medical communications agency. Working with a number of high profile clients you will provide a range of services including strategic planning, publication planning, events and exhibitions and eMedia.

Role and Responsibilities of the Client Services Director

  • To lead a client services team responsible for fee revenue of up to £1-1.5M
  • To manage a client services team, ensuring an effective interface between operational areas of the business and integration of assigned editorial resources.
  • To maximize revenues from existing accounts and develop new accounts within existing clients

Essential experience for the Client Services Director role:-

  • Relevant life science degree (e.g Psychology, Sociology, Biology, Biomedical Science etc)
  • Experience within a Medical Communications/Healthcare Advertising agency
  • Client Services Director level and experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Proven success at both growing accounts and pitching for new business
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
